  1. Hi George, as with the Superlight generally, the nose band is carbon, the rest painted blue (the deflectors are carbon). Cheers Rich
  2. Hi everyone, I have a set of carbon fibre wings (front and rear), nosecone and bonnet in blue (can't remember the exact colour) available at £600 the lot. They will need some work, as there are many scratches, stone chips etc. Please PM to discuss. PS I have lots of other bits. Based in the North West and happy to travel half way if you are based in the south.
  3. Hi Dom, I am pretty sure these are: Momentary Switch - Stack Black Push button (caterhamparts.co.uk) - Reference: 76345W I have recently purchase a Stack ST8130 and bought the above x 5 for the holes in the dash, I believe they are the 'function' buttons for the dash. Hope this helps. Cheers Rich
  4. Hi guys, try Evans waterless coolant. I have a Radtec and changed to Evans at the same time. No problems. Both in the same for 4 years. Cheers Rich
  5. Hi Matt, Are the pistons still available? Many thanks, Rich
  6. Brilliant. Thanks for all your comments, especially Stu. The belltank with the Pace set-up is what I wanted to go with. It's also good to hear that this configuration works well. Lastly, the Pace/CC system requires 4.5 litres of oil, just like the standard engine. I was just a little confused as to why the belltank would be marginal with a twins avenge system! ? Thanks again, Rich
  7. Many thanks for your help guys, I did purchase the bellhousing mentioned on eBay. I will purchase the PGM upgrade. My engine was originally a Supersport, so came with an Apollo tank, should I keep this as extra insurance? The comments about being 'marginal on the oil capacity', please educate me on this one, as my understanding is good, but not great. Thanks again all, Rich
  8. Hi guys, I am looking for your thoughts whether it would be a good idea to use the CC bellhousing with integral oil tank with Pace dry sump set up (Neil Brown Engineering) to my K series. I am looking to do more track work, my 1.8k has roughly 190 bhp and following a total rebuild later this year it would be an ideal time to add the dry sump system. Many thanks in advance, Rich
  9. Many thanks for your help and advice. I have a few options and I have considered most prior to posting, but it always helps to hear your excellent and important feedback. Thanks again. Rich
  10. Hi chaps, Looking for help and advice with regards sourcing a new or used Rover K series oil pickup pipe. Caterham don't have any in stock and they only sold 3 last year and only 1 the year before. They will consider making more, but they need a minimum of 20 for batch manufacture!? This leaves me in a rather difficult position, as this component is the only item I am having difficulty finding for my brand new engine. Any ideas or if anyone has a spare in their garage, I am more than happy to discuss. Lastly, this is an early heads up for anyone looking for an EU3 1.6 k series Supersport, my old engine has less than 25,000 miles, it has had regular oil changes, run with Evans waterless coolant and a Laminova oil cooler. It has a 52mm throttle body, vernieers and ECU with ZandF remap. All complete with ECU and blippers. If you are interested email me on richwillbolt@gmail.com Many thanks,
