I am just at the engine installation stage of my first 7 build.
While checking the carpet/seat fit I realised that CC have inadvertently fitted a lowered driverside flooorpan which I did not order - leather adjustable seats. The options are
1) CC will replace with standard floor at PBC
2) retain lowered pan and accept different seat heights
3) retain lowered pan and have CC space seat back to normal pan height.
As I am only 5ft 10in - Imperial betrays my age - I do not require the lowered pan. Speed bumps abound near my home so I am wary of any reduced ground clearance. I would appreciate non-CC opinions as to whether option3) has any drawbacks.
