  1. Lovely Bright Green K-Series R400 with a cage in the underground carpark at the EE Hatfield office this morning. Didnt realise there were any 7ners left in EE! Car has some lovely mods and was done really very well. Loving the all black Barnby mags 🥰
  2. No rush, but I need to get a wing from my Smart Roadster down to a chap down in Portsmouth and I won't be going that way for a while. Don't really trust posting it so if anyone is heading that way and could stick it in their boot (it'll fit in a Golf size hatch back) I would be much appreciated.
  3. Price reduced. to £20,995 if anyone is interested. http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/3289466.htm here Not a sniff in 4 weeks of it being on PH ☹️. Normally you would at least be fending off time waster calls! There must be a recession on Edited by - Wingnonut on 1 Nov 2011 17:17:00 Edited by - Wingnonut on 1 Nov 2011 17:17:36
  4. Thanks I will give them a call and discuss, however I have a funny feeling it was 911 Virgin that was underwriting the part-ex with OPC Colchester's buyer anyway. Either way I am sure cutting out the middle man saves something.
  5. Morning, The old man gets his new 991 in December and so his beloved 997 needs to go and I have offered to help him out. Pistonhead Advert here It has a high mileage but has been very well looked after, has Porsche extended warranty and full OPC service history. Price is flexible but it is already probably the cheapest one out there. He would be loth to let it go back to Porsche Colchester based on the part-ex they have quoted but it may have to if it doesn't go by Dec. Get yourself a bargain! Any questions please feel free to get in touch. Cheers, Richard. 07957 494493
  6. Lovely R500 SV in a sort of pearl white colour. I was walking from Capricorn to the Hilton and had to stop and look for a couple of minutes! It was parked in the same spot as where an Astonishing V8 Vantage parks so maybe same lucky owner.

  8. Spotted on Stock Road between Billericay and Stock yesterday with a young lady driving. It was also my first "60" spot 😬 W.Nut . Rosso Superlight no.087 (no longer)
  9. Cheers Dave. I am only just outside Chelmsford and my bro is coming down next weekend so if it is still availble by then (which I very much doubt ☹️) then we will be in touch. Looks a peach 🥰and ticks all the boxes with my brother. He did ask I go and look on my own but he will have to wait. W.Nut . Rosso Superlight no.087 (no longer)
  10. Dave, Where is your mate based? My brother is potentially looking for one of these but he is in Scotland. I will forward him the link. W.Nut . Rosso Superlight no.087 (no longer)
  11. Tony, pics sent. Roy, you have BM. Cheers W.Nut . Rosso Superlight no.087 (no longer)
  12. I too had a Scirocco back in the day. A Mk1 1600GLS in gold no less! Sure this Corrado weighs probably twice what that did with that big 'ole V6 in the front of it W.Nut . Rosso Superlight no.087 (no longer)
  13. The house extension is running over budget and I need to liquidate some assets So one for the watchists on BC. It is an F series (so 2003) PAM 00111 as per here, (although it pre dates the sandwich dial that the current 111 has). It has a black dial and currently a black leather Panerai strap with tang buckle that is about a year old. I also have the original tan strap which is a bit tatty but very usable, a "Mario Pacci" vintage leather strap (very chunky and pre-vendome style which cost £190) and the spare rubber strap that comes with all Panerai. It has all the boxes, tools and papers. The watch is in perfect working order and in good condition with only superficial scratching to the case as would be expected from normal wear. The crystal is perfect. I have just been quoted £2000 by the dealer (Blowers) from whom I bought it 3.5 years ago (which is incidently £10 more than I paid back then!)and they will most probably market it for £2700 once they have given it a service and a polish up. Proof that these watches do go up in value! If anyone cares to match what Blowers are offering then I would rather it went to a BCer than a dealer. I have pics that I can send to anyone interested. Cheers! W.Nut . Rosso Superlight no.087 (no longer)
  14. Not sure if it is really anyone on here's bag but I got myself roped into sorting out and selling my brother's Corrado for him. I have spent a fair amount of time fiddling with it and is now saleable. There is quite a following for these (especially as it is a Storm) over on the VW side of the world but it is not really my sort of thing. No doubting it sounds lovely though and goes fairly well in a 90's hot hatch sort of way. See the Pistonhead advert here W.Nut . Rosso Superlight no.087 (no longer)
