    Brake fuid

The SV build manual calls out SA3J 1703f DOT4 brake fluid which I think is a mineral fkuid. Has anyone has experience of - or comments on - using silcone brake fluid? This is non hydroscopic (doesn't absorb moisture) and is non flammable! I've ued it in light aircraft with considerable success and the fact that it does not burn has, on one occasion, saved the aircraft (and probably the passengers too!). Silicone fluid is widely used in facing cars. My concern would be the compatibility of seals in the brake cylinders. Nick Nick Rushby 01444 236271
