6.20am in the road works on the Ambleside Road. Hope it went well. Ended up on the top of Kirkstone for an hour clapping riders on. The numbers were amazing.

How about £40 plus a few quid for postage?

I have a set of Softbits 1/2 doors in the garage that are looking for a new home.

I have 2 x 8" doing nothing in my garage. If I remember correctly, they are soft compound.

Coming out of Slaidburn heading toward Tatham fell. I was 1 of the 3 cyclists who where flying down the hill.

Up there for the next 10 days, walking, biking and having a few beers.

Have a pair in the garage looking for a new home. They have some Sikaflex on them but will clean up ok.

Trek 5500 62cm, in red. Similr one here Would suit some one around 6’2” Its not perfect. There are some small areas where the paint is flaking. One of the chain stays has been attacked by the tyre when a wheel went bang. This happened a number of years ago and its never been a problem. Its lugged my weight around since. Mavic Ksyruim Elites They came with the bike and had 1 season of use before they were upgraded. £250 or a sensible offer. A bit of work on Flea bay or at Wiggle and this frame set will be ready to go. It’s a great ride and could make a great cheap performance bike for some one. My Van Nicholas arrives in early Jan, so I could do with the space.
