Good luck getting the wing sorted. At least it didn't happen next Friday instead.

I have the car back and am really pleased with it. It needs to go back to McMillan's next week for some tweaks to the anti-roll bar so that I can run the wider rears, but other than that it's great. I'm looking forward to having a blat to Curborough and back tomorrow for the Intro to Sprinting day.

I'll try to do a blog update with lots of pictures later in the weekend.

I won't be slaving away but McMillan Motorsport will be I hope! They've always been very good in the past. If I bolted everything back on myself I'd be forever worrying that something vital was about to make a bid for freedom.

Got finals for Llandow in the post today so looking forward to that. Not looking forward to the 4.30am start for the drive down in ASBO though.

Andy, see you at Curborough. I suspect your car will feel so much better than last year now you've fettled it and got some decent tyres on. We don't want you going too much faster though!

I need to be more committed this year. Having watched Malcolm and Jon lin 2008 it was evident that they were putting far more effort into it than I was.

What surprises me is that nearly a year on I can still picture every part of my best lap from last year.
