  1. Excellent pics, many thanks Mike
  2. Drove past my house at 1:15pm on Saturday 4th Mike
  3. STOP PRESS: Just spoke to Darren at CC, it's being shipped tomorrow Mike
  4. Thanks for the replies everyone. I'll give CC another day to reply, then I'm going to speak to Caged or Redline. Shouldn't be this difficult, really... Mike
  5. It's metric, Guy. I think the last imperial car I owned was a Morris Minor I've spoken to CC several times over the past month and the message is always "they'll be here in a few weeks". I'll give them another call tomorrow. NT3DWG in Clastres is fast approaching... Cheers Mike
  6. I've had an order in with CC for an SV FIA Rollbar kit for 2 months, and still no sign of stock... Does anyone have any idea what is going on at CC, or know of any alternate suppliers? Mike
  7. At the Calleva Arms in Silchester! Cheers
  8. Hey John, Give me a shout next time you are going to Pamber Forest - I live just down the road, we should have a pint in the Plough Little London. Cheers Mike
  9. About 6pm, in the car park of the Stag Hotel. Nice shade of blue!
  10. Registration N6 KAR (good plate ), on Sunday at about 11:30. Two of us passed (sevens on trailers), on the way back from track day at Anglesey.
  11. In Steve's opinion (and who am I to disagree), they were well out of balance. Now to be fair to CC, there was a period of 4 or 5 months between my getting the upgrade done and taking the car to T&R, so it could have just taken time to work loose, or something... But Steve did have to fiddle around with the adjustments a lot before being satisfied with the idle and throttle response. It took him best part of an hour, before even starting on the mapping. In general I was happy with the work CC did: It was done on time and at a reasonable price. I did have a failed airflow sensor shortly after the work was done (I can't blame CC for this), but they collected the car, fixed it, and delivered it back to me free-of-charge within 3 days. Mike
  12. I had my Roadsport 175 upgraded at the factory with the "220" mods about 2 years ago. I also replaced the standard exhaust with a cat-less titanium Raceco, and then took it to Steve at Track 'n Road for a tune-up. Interestingly, Steve had to do quite a lot of work on the throttle body balancing before he even looked at the ECU mapping. After the rolling road session I'm getting 210bhp at 7425rpm, red line at 7800. It is very smooth and easy to drive slowly or quickly. I've driven about 8000 miles since the upgrade, well worth it IMHO. Mike
  13. Friday evening, on a German plate. Looking good, being followed by 30,000 BMW motorbikes :-)
  14. No, I was in the tintop after a good fatboy lunch :-) Mike
