I have just purchased a 1.6K SS. First Caterham and all is well. Only one thing which is puzzling. When flooring it the rev count appears to get to 5,000 revs and sticks and drops and then bounces to about 6,500 where is climbs normally till the red light.(which for some reason is hidden behind the steering wheel,not very clever, except at night). Any ideas on the rev count, the light will be moved?
