Which way is the correct fitment of progressive rear springs? Tighter coils at the top or bottom. I was led to believe it was tighter coils at the top, but on my 21 they are fitted at the bottom. 

Also, there is no clearance between the springs and the seat belt inertia mechanism external bolt head. Any experience or observations from 21 owners.

Looking for a pair of Eibach stiffer progressive springs p/n 74076. Not sure what I have got fitted; but there is red identification. I believe these were fitted to SV and 21? Std ones being 71198.  If you have a good set lying around I may be interested. Thanks

I am looking for the part numbers / reference numbers for the original dampers (bilstein) and springs; also the spring ratings.

Also what are the alternatives that some may have been fitted as an upgrade.

I understand this is targeting a minority of members, but any help would be greatly appreciated.
