  1. DeDion 4.25" PCD With or without tyres but Toyo 888s 185/60 R13 having a legal amount of tread would tick all the boxes. Mark Chlton Email: mchilton@btconnect.com Tel: 07793287505
  2. This afternoon between 13.30 and 1400 A51 going south through Woore, Pipe Gate, Blackbrook, onto A34 south and then peeling off towards Stone. Driver was wearing a red wooly hat and yellow ear defenders. Car had driver's side exhaustand a seriously cracked windscreen. ☹️ Sorry for such a poor description but I only caught a 'glimpse' during the 17 miles I was stuck behind in my steel grey Skoda Superb Estate. 😬
  3. I'm thinking of buying a couple of these, so for those of you who have bought, what's the verdict?
  4. Yes pls, try my mobile again - battery had died overnight! Mark
  5. I'm guessing it is medium compound. If so and assuming they are still available then I would be more than happy to take them off your hands. Brgds Mark
  6. Around 1.00 p.m. just outside Odiham heading in Farnham direction. Was that you Chris? I flashed by in the tintop going the opposite way.
  7. Yes, that's the one I believe. Well how cool ist that, I'll have to contrive another work related visit to San Diego to coincide with the Rolling British Car Day next year. Mark
  8. Orange 7 amongst a procession of classic british sports cars including Austin Healeys, MGA's, MGB's, Frog-eyed Sprites, E-type Jags and more on Highway 76 westbound, Pala, just before noon today. Wow! I was in a black chevvy Impala rental car going the opposite way having just pulled out of the Pala, Casino Resort Hotel. Was I jealous or what! Mark
  9. A little bit of greenhouse staging (from SWMBO) and a dremmel - sorted bracket/tray for my Powervamp. I'll never go back to a Banner!
  10. Many thanks for that advice. I'll try it when I'm back from a week's overseas trip; back on the 2nd May.
  11. TPS connection is good and followed the reset advice but tickover much the same as before. Does it make any difference if this 'reset' isconductetd on on a warm or cold engine?
  12. Dave, If you mean the mechanical screw then 'no'. I can unscrew this completely and it makes no difference and the throttle cable is completely slack. I can wind the screw in and increase the revs!! I'm not sure what you mean by resetting the throttle calibration unless you are making reference to the reset procedure involving pumping the accelerator pedal. Mark
  13. I recently replaced std exhaust system with a Powerspeed 4 to 2 to 1 system. An execellent move which has released more torque across the rev range and more BHP. Unfortunately, ever since tickover has been high (EU2 engine with std mems but head fully ported and BP270HVVC exhaust cam) 1500 rpm cold and nearly 1200 rpm when warm. Is there anyway I can adjust tickover other than ditching mems unit for an Emerald? Mark
