Just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my first lotus 7 club Trackday at Brands yesterday. I was in the 2012 125 Roadsport ( Green and Ali with full cage ). People were really friendly and the track manners were fantastic. Thanks especially to all those in garage 18. Friendly fun banter all day. Hope to join you all again soon.

I'd really prefer not to split them if at all possible. The CR500's are virtually brand new and retail at well over £110 each. So people are going to get the rims "free" to all intents and purposes, and they could then sell them on. The rims are ideal for track days, competitition etc.

Really need to free up some garage space, so time for someone to grab a bargain. Will accept a reasonable, fair offer for these tyres and rims.

Can someone tell me what the tread depth is on an unused Avon CR500? I think it may be 6mm but am not certain.

Oh, forgot to say, date stamps are 4012 on one tyre and 4112 on the other three.

I have four 175/55/13 CR500 tyres for sale. These are the latest spec 14401 tyres, so are legal for 2013 Caterham race series. They have only been run for about 20 laps on a very cold trackday at Silverstone. Each tyre has at least 5.5/5mm of tread left across the whole tyre. They are mounted on minilite replica rims. The rims are in reasonable condition but a couple have some bubbles etc on them. Fine for trackdays/racing or even road use. They look fine from a couple of metres. Not for polishers though.
