Hi Lotus Boy - it was I - my first spotted and Rich - that's where I bought it! Also saw one Silver and a Blue with Yellow stripe, both Ks I think in Sible Hedingham on the same trip and earlier in the day when in my tintop a 40th Anniversary 7 in Finchingfield. It seems spring has sprung.

A clue might also be the fact we found a rats nest in his boot!! This was discovered after taking it our for a spin and nearly ending up in a hedge when a rat ran over my neighbour's feet while entering a particularly tight bend.

Nifty - will do whatever is asked - (re transport that is.) Also have me in mind if my route can be of assistance in the future - always happy to help GONADS.

Thanks Nigel - have since been able to ask on PistonHeads which confirms what you say - it is electronic. Geof - I live near Hyperion and commute down to Ware (Near The 7 Workshop - Hoddeson) on a daily basis if this is of any use to you.

Chap next door is having trouble posting on PistonHeads so I said I would ask here. I must add both of us are mechanical numpties and have been scratching our heads over this one for two weekends normally ending up at the local. TVR Chim's speedo works sometimes - but mostly it doesn't - with this intermittent nature I don't think the cable is snapped??. My uneducated thoughts are speedo itself knackered or the cog or whatever at-tother end is. Any ideas where to start looking?

Henry, DJW - any negatives after the conversion. Am very tempted to upgrade mine but for so little £ for so much more power I am worried there must be some downside to bite me on the 🙆🏻.
