I've taken them off the car so all I have is the stub axle and upright to separate, so which way do they pull out of the upright and the best/easiest way to do it.....

On the top of the mirrors should be a small hole, appropiate size allan key should fit and tighten

I've got a pair of RiF Carbon F1 Curvred mirrors, which have flat glass fitted. I want to change the glass to curved....anyone point me in the right direction for replacements.

All the following bits/parts for sale are off of a 2001 1.6 SS, which has done 13000 miles...and are for sale due to upgrades

1.6 SS K Series engine. It is complete ready to drop in. The head was ported 300 miles ago, along with new standard valves (in/out), hydraulic followers, new cambelt, gaskets, bolts etc. Also fited with piper Verniers.Comes with ECU ....£500

Exhaust..to fit the same...reasonable condition for age, could do with polish....£50

Manifold 4-1 to fit the same..............£50

Hood and and Hood sticks.....never been used by me, but appear to be in good condition, Hood comes in bag.............£70

By the sounds of it, alot of you have Defenders, and I'm after a couple of comfy seats from another car that will fit, with the minimum of hammer work to fit. (Its a 90 on a 93 plate.)
