  1. lionelr, I shall respond this evening when I pick up my emails.
  2. Blimey, I should have put the price up!! First refusal to lionelr, as he is at the top.
  3. Keep her paintwork looking shiny over the winter with this tailor made cotton dust cover from Caterham - £15 (as available from Caterham) Any takers?
  4. Fair enough! Good luck with your future purchase
  5. Judging by cars for sale on Pistonheads.com and at Caterham, I'd venture a guess that you could add the cost of the gearbox to the value of the car, i.e circa £14k - £14.5k (If car purchased at circa £12k - £12.5k). There seems to be plenty of 5-speed SS's around for circa £13k - £14k at the moment (albeit not realistically priced for the time of year...) and not many 6-speeds. This car does not however have LSD. Is it your intention to use a se7en as a trackday car predominantly? Duncan Edited by - Toe Tags on 2 Sep 2005 13:12:33
  6. Steve, as Paul has suggested, I think you'd still be quids in if you were to buy this one and fit a 6-speed box. This car is in excellent condition - you wouldn't be disappointed, come and see it!
  7. I shouldn't really say this on this thread, but Caterham aren't buying any at the moment (neither are any other dealers for for that matter) and they only seem interested in sale or return, but at their asking price, £16k, I feel is probably too high and even less likely to sell. I guess it's just the wrong time of year, combined hints of a recession perhaps.
  8. It would seem you can't "give" them away these days! Someone is going to get an absolute bargain....
  9. Hi Tim, It's a shame you didn't get to see this one, but I trust you are enjoying your new purchase! Oh well, BTTT!! Cheers Duncan
