  3. It mainly revs that determine Pistons. I have a 170bhp 1800k with most work done by DVA. I have standards Pistons and rods with a Rev limit set at 7250rpm. As you are going over 200bhp I would put atleast Pistons in for a bullet proof motor. Adam
  4. When I first got my 1800k its started doing this. A battery change solved the problem and it's not done it since.
  5. Thanks Mankee. So how can you find out the pre-load of a diff? and how are the pre loads and ramp angles set once the diff apart? thanks Adam
  6. Just stripped my noisy diff out of the 7. Surprisingly easy but awkward job. Anyway!! I would like to know more about them. I'm sure I have a ZF LSD in the standard Sierra casing. What I'd like to know is what is meant by the ramp angle and to help me understand what would the suggested ramp angle be for my diff. 1800k 170bhp Adam

Tom no worries. I'm led to believe these injectors are good for 250bhp plus. I think they are the same as the Caterham R500 injectors. Caterham have these up for £120 each. If someone can give me advice on price that would be great. Cheers Adam
  11. Don't suppose anyone is interested in a standard 1800k inlet plenum £15.00 Also a set of cream/white injectors part no:0 280 155 868 which came off of a high powered k Caterham £200 O.N.O Adam

  14. RB's are designed for flat out driving like racing with cars that have a high tick over so don't really need to worry about partial throttle. They are very Gucci hence in part people like them. Butterfly's are more forgiving as on partial throttle the air is taking a smoother route into the cylinder unlike the RBTB's. Personally I went for the Jenvey DTHTB's as they were simple and easier to use for road driving. Adam Orange caged 7 at the squirrel pub on Saturday. Great to me you Edited by - Ads7 on 4 Sep 2014 22:19:21
