Life has moved on for me so reluctantly time to let someone else have full enjoyment of my fab SV. I tried to sell last year but then enjoyment took over again... Time to try again before summer kicks in. I have owned this car since 2013 (3 former owners) gradually upgrading the car with custom built exhaust, LSD, DVA verniers, ECU remapping etc. It has been maintained annually by Northampton Motorsport and I have all receipts plus a file of previous history. I have a raft of extras with the car – cover, regular and long-nosed shower caps, petty strut, spare clutch & throttle cables etc. Advertised for £20,500 but open to sensible offers. BJ Clubman 185 trailer suitable for SV. It is twin-axel, braked with covered deck, ramps, tie-down rings, winch, storage box, full decking, low level wheel rack (holds 6 wheels), rear stands, spare wheel, and lockable hitch. It had new heavy duty tyres in 2018 with relatively light-use since (see photos) – only a few trips since March 2020!. It is well maintained, fully working and a very solid and stable trailer that tows well. It has been stored under covers over winters. Offers around £1250. Attaches via two rubber rivnuts into holes drilled into scuttle under windscreen fitting so not visible– very easy to fit/remove (5 mins). £40 ono. Photos here Head restraint - Head restraint for roll bar/cage, generally used with Tillett seats. Comes with original (flimsy!) bracket plus custom made (solid) bracket used with U-bolt. Chris Thanks - great thinking, I will check it out. Dan - I will take a look but it would involve dismantling the buckle to 'free' the locked in crotch strap. If Chris' suggestion does not work I might take the plunge on the dismantling.. Cheers guys Jon

In refitting my original leather seat to replace the Tillet used for sprinting, my (relatively new) TRS 6 point harness no longer works . Does anyone have a surplus 4 point harness gathering dust or interested in swapping a current 4 point harness for a 6 point? The TRS harness has 2" upper shoulder straps for use with HANS, 3" elsewhere. See photos Jon 07473 145798

Andrew Very happy for you to read/copy the map in my 1.8 K - it was remapped by Troy last year but there were limited changes. Car currently off the road in the garage and happy for you to pop over anytime if interested. Jon

All Charlotte and I have decided to hang up our race suits and pursue some new adventures. It was a really tough decision given all the fantastic people in the L7 speed community although made easier when we saw the entry list for Clas 3 this year . We wish you all the very best for the year, hoping you all have a speedy, competitive but safe time. We have a heap of kit that might be of interest to new/existing sprinters including Tillet seat c/w runners, 13" Compomotive wheels (6 & 8), Driver's side aeroscreen, timing strut, Tillet head restraint, Brian James Trailer for SV, Bell Helmet, Hans device, 2 suits etc. We may also be looking to sell the car in due course (2003 Roadsport SV, 1.8 K-series, 24k miles with lots of bits).
