  1. Edit: Might help if I said the engine is a 1.6 K-series...

There's a small oil drip onto the exhaust branch which appears to be coming from the area highlighted below. I have negligible technical knowledge so any help with naming the highlighted part and describing the possible source of the leak and views on seriousness would be greatly appreciated.

Any help would be much appreciated!

  2. T** HAP with some very smart LED headlights followed me as I was dawdling through the twisty bit just past the pub at the top before he booted it with a wave and a glorious noise as he overtook on the way down to Belle Tout.

First drive for me in mine for MONTHS and it made me late for my weekly shopping list call from my mum *whistle*

  4. I've tried a quick search on here but didn't find anything that seemed to directly answer my question so I hope you don't mind me trying your patience with what must be a common question...

I have two ignition keys, each with an immobiliser fob (black, lozenge shaped with a lock and unlock button on the front). The fob I use most often has now stopped working but luckily the other does still work.

Is a fob battery change a simple process or does it involve re-programming keys etc?

    Grateful for any advice.

  5. 2 yellow 7s heading E about 5 minutes apart , the first with a black twin stripe but was so surprised to see the second I didn't have time to notice the finer points. Waves were exchanged.

The missus and I were on a short trip to Sheffield Park for a cup of tea and a stroll by the lake. We always seem to return with a plant sticking out of the boot!

  6. Thanks Anton!

It was a lovely morning so a quick run from Seaford to Eastbourne and back via Beach Head was a great way to enjoy It.

Quite a few interesting cars about too. Never seen a McLaren Spider at Morrison's filling station before!

    Have a good week.
