  1. Thread resuscitation from the mists of time…. anyone selling one?!?
  2. Sounds like the teeth of hens from my small amount of knowledge…. but worth an ask! Thanks
  3. 787 not too big I agree. Have watched some lovely Ferraris being loaded into the belly of a 777 a few times.
  4. Funnily enough, I am in aviation and do have an annual cargo allowance 🤣 Will pop over tomorrow
  5. Wow, great knowledge. Can I pop over with mine !!
  6. Hi James, is that just for Caterham club days? Sounds like a bigger job than just arrive and drive. I’ve just got a half hood delivered and that probably won’t fit with a different bar. I’ll probably just have to go where I can get access as my finance director won’t support further spend!
  7. Yes, track days are the plan. Not done one before in a car only on bikes.
  8. Thanks both. Ratrace are 40 mins. PGM about the same. PT sportscars 25 mins.
  9. Hi James, That’s encouragement enough for me then. I’ll plan it in as the first job. She came to me with 2304miles on the clock and is lovely. I’ve added another 20% to the total miles in the first week. Looked at a few, plus some 420R’s (one on throttle bodies) and a 620R. The R500 had always been on my bucket list, after reading Evo’s review, so I thought best I just got it done! Bucks near Denham.
  10. Would love one please. I have also been on the hunt for a stack user guide missing from my paperwork file. Random button pushing seems to work currently….
  11. New to the R500D family and have bought a low miles machine. Keen to avoid the rebuild scenario, has anyone done this work preventatively to life the engine and has a rough costing? Assume it’s Raceline only now since Premier Power closed?
  12. Hi, First post, so hello all! First Caterham R500D number 30 with Quaife. I’m having life affirming drives in the thing. Brilliant. Looking at adding the geartronics gear to achieve a similar cut to a 620 R on upshifts: Easyshift ECU - £255 Generic wiring harness for 60G - £65 Gear indicator - £110 (if required) Gear position sensor - £95 (if required) Anyone done it and has a how-to? Anyone done it and wouldn’t do it again!? thanks
