    Thank's for the tip, does everybody with an FIA bar have a standard one in the roof of their garage?

    Hi, I've just bought a caterham 300 with the intention of doing track days. I see that I have to upgrade the roll bar from standard to an FIA one. Does any supplier do an exchange on the standard one, or can the cross members be welded onto it. Or do I simply have to buy a new one. Any advice would be appreciated. John
