As above please….
only Need to take scuttle off for access to wiring behind as have electrical issue.
can’t find anything on the net showing which rivets need drilling .

Back to the issue again tonight....
new fuse and gauges all working.
Started to refit temp and saw the tacho needle jump and then the car stalled.
anothwr blown 7.5 fuse....
a couple of fuses later, it would appear Thera is obvs a live short under the scuttle somewhere....
Obvs this area is a pita to access, I'm wondering if I can run a separate live from the battery into the scuttle area?

Jonathon, yes Im following that thread .
Im assuming the sensor wires go tot he gauge via the ecu, and I dont have a pinout for the ecu to check.
Have blown the fuse for all the clocks today, so will try again tomo

Hi Jon
Been looking at Mine again today. The pic you show matches the gauge end of my car, but at the sender I've got a blue/green and green, and there is no continuity between the two blue wires.....

Jonathon, yes the wires onthe back of the gauge, dont know the colours off the top of my head, sorry.

Anyways, my issues remains, and thats after buying a brand new Gauge form Chris @ Redline...Grrrr....
So, Im now assuming mnaybe earth fault...does anyone know which of the 3 wires on the back are the earth please ?

Whilst I love my 7, I do feel the ride quality could be improved without upsetting the rest of the cars dynamics.
I am speaking to Simon at Meteor today to see what his suggestions are, but I wondered what others have tried/considered and why ?
Personally, I feel the car should be able to ride the bumps better than mine currently does, and I dont really have enough experience in 7s to know if thats how they are ?
My impressions are that it feels either poorly or over damped, it feels like it crashes over bumps, or bounces around on the top of them.

What year/model Sigma ? Fixed or variable cam ?
Also, which app, as thats the same reader I bought

I have one of the ELMS type OBD readers, and I ve tried anumber of apps, some will connect to the reader, but as yet,NONE will talk to the ECU...
Pretty sure all I can do now is just buy a new guage and keep my finegrs crossed that solves the issue.

All my hoses are almost to hot to touch, inc heater when the stats opened.....
does sound like a possible airlock?

On my 150, if I disconnect the single temp sensor, the fan goes ballistic....
