  1. Hi Steve - apologies for the delay in replying as I've been away (and away from the wheels). Thank you for your question; I had a look at Nankang's website for advice as to what I should be looking for (see: https://www.nankangtyre.co.uk/products/motorsport/ns-2r/) and it indicates that if the tyre is the softer compound version: 'NS-2R with "MOTORSPORT USE ONLY" are only for use on race/track/competition/closed road events. They are not EU labelled as they are a softer compound (120/100/80TW)' Having looked at the tyres this morning, they do not have "MOTORSPORT USE ONLY" embossed in the sidewalls, so I'm assuming (...) that these are the less sticky, not so soft, version of these tyres.
