I have a K series 1.8 2004 with a large exhaust. I paid once to have it polished up but now it needs another polish. Does anyone have any good advice how to polish it ? Method,materials etc Many thanks :)

Is any one out there able to help me? Im trying to track down or find out what happened to my friends seven that he built back in 1991. It’s a live axle 1991/92 super sprint. First registered 29th April 1991 Reg Q247CMV. We've tried the usual channels DVLA etc and Caterham Archives but no joy. Perhaps someone out there knows the car or its whearabouts and history ?? Hi, I've just bought a hand held radio to use with a set of head phones so I can talk to other drivers whilst on the road. The problem is that my radio you have to enter the frequency on either UHF or VHF. I've noticed that many other radios just have 'P1 or P2 etc. So if the other driver is on P1 I wont know what that frequency is . My radio is a 'Wouxun' model:KG-UV86 Has any one else got the same problem or can anyone shed any light? Many Thanks
