Thanks guys, lots of options to investigate. All the comments are much appreciated. If I come up with a perfect solution, I'll pass it on!

I've got an SV Sigma, that produces about 94 dB at 4,500 in track tests. I'd like to have a go around Thruxton, which has a 90 dB max. Has anyone come across a "bolt on" addition to the side exhaust to knock a few dBs off? Merlin appear to advertise something of this ilk, but never seen one and no idea if it would fit or work. Anyone found a solution to this?

What is the best way to attach this? Mine just fell off! Screws or double sided tape or what? Advice appreciated.
