Thanks

No longer taking part in track days, so a few things to sell-on here.
- NOW SOLD £250, 4 wheels, perfect for track days, though in quite good condition for general use. 13", 6" wide fronts, 8" wide rears. Mostly used ZZRs, plenty of tread, but need a good warming up on track.
- NOW SOLD £150, GRP aero screen with mirrors, small centre and extended height sides with convex mirrors, really superb visibility on track.
- £250, Carbon airbox and cone filter, used to cut down induction noise on throttle bodies (had 93dBs drive by at Donington on this set up on my R400). Note, this doesn't look like it will easily fit on a Sigma with TBs.
Pics available on request

Hi Garth,
Thanks for the link. May check that out.

Thanks Jonathan,
Interested in anyones experience of use in a single garage?
-
Has anyone used anything like this?
http://www.automotechservices.co.uk/products/as-6140a-twin-hydraulic-ram-2-post-lift/
Just wondered after reading the earlier thread.
I have a single garage, so this seems like a nice option.

I used to have one of those on my old green/yellow car which looked great.
Went for the stick on which applied no problem and look great with the black nose cone.
-
I have an R400 with RBTBs. On a gentle run I reckon it costs about 20p/mile, so roughly 25mpg. Not that I care...
Also curious about how to fix the fuel gauge, as mine has the exact behaviour described above.
-
I ordered one of these. Lets see how we get on
-
I normally take the plate off for trackdays, and heading down the main straight at 130+ at castle coombe, whilst being a hairy experience, I can't say I noticed any lift.
-
Thanks All,
FWIW, a mate of mine also has a nose cone plate for around 8 years, never any issues.
-
I'd like to change to a number plate stick on the nose cone. (yes I know this may not be legal).
Anyone know where I can get one?
-
Anyone got any feedback on the more D shape wheels?
-
What is this tyre string? Any links.
Sounds like a good compliment to the weld when touring
-
My first caterham had CR322s on. They were the most dangerous tyre I ever experienced. Like they were made of glass when it was dry... Having said that, perversely they were quite good in the wet.
-
The last trackday I did at Silverstone their helmets were all open face, and no use in a caterham with an aero screen - FYI
