Hi Andrew, this is my fallback plan, wasn't expecting this repair, and so there I assume there must be some casings around from those who have upgraded to the tracsport (unless their units had cracked...) I'm not sure about the bolt arrangement, I'll go take a look underneath - its all currently in the car.

I am in need of a new casing mine is cracked. Looking for another stock casing, alloy casing or a whole gearbox. Thanks in advance Alex

Hi guy's as my car had a 4-2-1 removed before I purchased it I'd like to replace it. Caterham sell one for £1100-1200 but looking back some recommended companies that did do exhaust systems are no longer around? EBD and powerspeed for example - can't find any active businesses under these names. So Where is good to go and what's good value. Thanks in advance Alex

Sorry Gary, Been busy, yes I'm interested in the mount you have, seems excessive to make a R/H mount for me, so I don't know about that.. Im getting the car back from Arch at the end of the month so would be looking to have the engine back in shortly after this, either way, i'll PM you now about the mount you have. Cheers Alex.

Stu/Nick, thats pretty much the plan. Once Arch has repaired the chassis, I'll get it rebuilt and roadworthy. I'm not looking for monster power, but think 160-170 would be a good place to be. Not particularly interested in full on rebuilds forge etc. mentally was thinking to open the inlets up to suit the TB's while the engine is out, and when i have all the right parts (ecu, 4 branch) getting it all mapped and enjoy. I'll look into the air filters, the item I have bought has no filter on it. I assumed I'd have to cut the bonnet what ever, but if i read your wording correctly it will fit witin the confines of the existing hood? Cheers for the input gents Alex
