  1. Hi James from which car you took them off? Price? Cheers mbracing61
  2. Hi Caesar why you removed them after such a short time, any problems? Are they black with the Willans or Caterham script on the shoulders? In any case let me know your asking price cheers. mbracing61
  3. Hi Brian also my other VDO gauges are not Caterham branded therefore your used one could be right. From which model you took it from? Do you have a pic and how much you want for it? Send me a PM if you want. Cheers, mbracing61
  4. Yes unfortunately he does not have it.
  5. Thanks but I cannot find it, I’m afraid. Do you have a link? Cheers mbracing61
  6. Where I can buy a suitable type of 4 point harness for a late ‘80es Super Seven BDR model currently fitted with an old inertia type belt? Possibly not looking too modern to keep a period look. Thanks mbracing61
  7. Hi Anybody knows where I can find an original Caterham VDO tacho for a 1989 BDR model? I've looked to some of the usual parts sources like Caterham Parts etc. with no success. Thanks. MBRACING61
  8. Thanks, I was thinking it was a private Forum. In any case for such a limited production car I believe is quite difficult somebody will make a clone. Again thanks for the suggestion. Image deleted.
  9. Thanks, I asked you if JK is Jonathan Kay as he kindly sent me a copy of the 1988 Assembly Guide. the chassis no. of my BDR is this: (sorry, image deleted)
  10. Hi Anthonym sorry I haven’t respond yet because I was still reading it....very interesting! JK stands for Jonathan Kay? here’s a couple of pics of my BDR. cheers. mbracing61
  11. I’m interested to buy a copy (or an original) of the assembly guide for the BDR.
  12. Hi Tazio Thanks. I’m already in contact with Martin and he confirmed my one is a BDR, my question was about the real differences between a BDR and an HPC. BTW do you know if those cars were delivered with an owner’s manual ehen new? cheers. mbracing61
  13. Hi all as the new owner (but old of age) of a 1989 BDR 1700 model of which you can see story and pictures in the New Members thread, I was looking to ask to the experts in the Forum about the differences from a “normal” BDR and an HPC model. In an older post I read that real HPC cars “are 1700 cc, have LSD, de Dion, 5 speed, rear anti roll bar etc.” and my BDR has those specs (see copy of original invoice attached). Moreover I was looking to ask if when new those cars were delivered from the Factory with some literature like an owner’s handbook or something similar. I’m very interested to obtain a copy of it or even an original, if possible. At last a kind of a stupid question as in the merchandise section I cannot find any Club decal or plaque to put on the car, there is any available to buy? many thanks in advance for your precious suggestions and help. mbracing61
