  1. @ bluenose, could you please email Steve to place your order at steve@ycplastics.co.uk

@ dave@starcraft & Neil Bolton, I've asked if he does a SV version, I'll update once I hear back.

@ Bucko, could you please email Steve to place your order at steve@ycplastics.co.uk

@ Neil Bolton, yes they'll need some fettling to fit, especially if you wish for it fit inside the scuttle at the front. This requires you to heat the plastic and curve the front profile as these are straight when made.

  2. Is anyone looking for a set of half doors, these are the carbon effect ones made out of ABS plastic by Steve at YC Plastics, which is much safer than real carbon should you have an accident IMO. I need four additional orders for these to go into production. The price are £100 per pair + £15 shipping within the UK. Please could you email Steve directly steve@ycplastics.co.uk

  3. This happened to me and the only solution I found to work was to move the ring back into postilion and use electrical tape to wrap around the shaft to build up 2-3 millimeter shoulder to prevent it move out of alignment again. The shaft was replaced under warranty in the end, as I believe you can not buy replacement rings.

  4. I would like to wire a remote switch for the rad fan and I'm looking for advice the best way to do this. Should I just connect another feed directly to the fan or should trick the ECU by supplying 12v to the temp sensor. Has anyone does this before?

  5. Does anyone have or know of a user guide for the Easimap 6 software and what the settings should be for a 2.0l Duratec? I would like to resolve the idling issue when cold and I would like to check the fueling map. I know that I won't be able to modify anything, I just want to check every is as it should be.

  6. Does anyone have a photo of their half shaft with the Speedo ring which they can share? I have already moved mine back in position once and clearly it wasn't enough as after 2 miles it shifted again. So I'm would like to know where about it should be on the axle in relation to the CV boot or Speedo sensor. (S3 BMW diff)

Any advise on how prevent this happening again would be appreciated too.
