All mountings are tight and O rings in place. I do note that even with all nuts tight, the velocity pipes are somewhat loose (can turn them by hand). The car has always run somewhat on the rich side (black sooty plugs) others have suggested I might have to much fuel pressure. Thoughts??

☹️ I have found a problem with my webers (2X40DCOE)on my 1600 Kent engined Caterham. There is small amount of petrol running out the area around the inlet side at idle. Any thoughts on what might be my problem??
