Just purchased an early S2 need the space. Ideal winter project. Caterham Super Seven 1995 – Rolling Chassis Rolling Chassis: Ital PCD Minilite style wheels and standard brakes in blue NON Q plate. Need bonnet as it was cut to fit engine install. Converted to Hydraulic clutch pedal. Track day custom roll loop with harness bar. New alloy radiator, Crossflow engine mounts . Picked up the rolling chassis from Tony Law Exhausts in Leeds. Due to the packaging issues the manifold now exits through the bonnet. Now need to fit the Lambra and exhaust temperature sensors. Slow progress work keeps getting in the way!

Anyone ever used a toffee caramel wheel to remove glue stripes from bodywork?

New 620R nose cone purchased from Jack Webb Motorsport. Still in plastic rapper only dry fitted to the car. Reason for sale have modified the original nose cone to clear intercooler. £240 - Delivered UK .

The install with without drysump tank. It tight! Will machine the inlet flanges by another 5mm and drop it a few degrees. I talked with Jenvey regarding injector dimensions. They are the shortest available.

Just looking for a fabricator of the manifold. The supercharger done with the exception of the methanol injection . We are injection into the inlet manifold to reduce charge temperatures Neil

Its a 1700cc Crossflow On the Dyno it made 181Bhp with 141Ft/Lbs of Torque. However we had more leaks than the Titanic. This it will make over 200Bhp at the flywheel. The engine and box have been moved back in the chassis about 75mm Spec: Roller Rockers 43 mm 6mm stem Inlet-Valves 31mm 6mm stem Ex-valves Double Valve springs Lightly ported cylinder head Forged Pistons Steel Rods Piper 270 Camshaft Duplex chain and Verniers gear ARP heads studs and nuts Head faced Cylinder block faced Crankshaft ,Flywheel,clutch cover balanced Titan Dry Sump Jenvey Throttle Bodies Rotrex Supercharger DTA Ecu Coolex IntercoolerThe plan is also to add Methanol injection as heat is a major issue. Considering the original engine was 110bhp its a huge increase. Will post additional photos at the weekend.

Removed from a 1995 SE Compete with 4 speed box Webber Twin 40s. Steel low profile sump and Caterham rocker cover. Has had some head work and new valve seats fitted. No idea the mileage. Will be re-fitting my Crossflow engine shortly.It now has a Titan drysump and pump fitted. Any suggestions on the oil tank. I noted there are some available to two parts for "easy cleaning" - Merlin Motorsport Any feed back appreciated. Neil
