I’m thinking of replacing the clutch on my r300 k series and I’m sure this has been covered before but can anyone recommend a build manual or anywhere I can get a little help from. I have done some work on tin tops before but I’m by no means an expert and I would like to know what I’m getting myself into before I take the leap.

Yep what they said.. my car has done 20k and the only thing that has failed is the throttle cable. Mine is r300k so not as powerful obviously but it’s the one I would go for every time. Best caterham road and track car there is imho

I would second fluke not cheap but you get what you pay for with them.

set of 4 wheels with cr500 on. Wheels are in good condition. Tyres are all good two of them are less then a year old. I’m looking for £550 for them.

I have just changed from 15” to 13” and had a full geo done and the difference as amazing. I took mine to boss racing and I’m really pleased but I have nothing to compare them with. The only real advice I can give is get the lightest wheels you can. I put Apollo’s on mine shod with cr500 really happy with them

No mine is a r300k and is loud. My static is 98 and yes you can lift off or change up but I find that uninteresting so I purchased a muffler and that did the trick. I tend to go to the tracks with louder limits to avoid disappointment. I recon you will be close to both static and dive by. If you do go let us know how you get on please.

I’ll add that it’s the drive by I struggle with and there is no way I would even both going to Bedford although I would of liked to.

I don’t know about all tracks but brands let you test the static noise level free of charge. I popped down there in the week before my track day to make sure my static level was within limits which it was. It really depends on what spec you’re running, if you’re running a high spec 2.0l you might struggle.

15” 10 spoke anthracite wheels in good condition with no dings on them at all with cr500’s three of them have 2/3 mm of tread on them or more one is almost new having only covered 300 mile at most and is only 2 months old at most. I’m looking for £600 for them PM me for pics and anymore info. Regards Dell

I’m sure this has been coved before but the throttle cable snapped while out on a run earlier today and I’m wondering if anyone knows Where I can get one from as fast as possible.

Hi. I have just ordered a set of 13” apollo for my car and have a set of 15” 10 spoke super lights with cr500’s two of them are new ish that I will be selling in the near future if you’re interested?

I’m with Julian on this one and I’ll add the drop off in the wet is less then all the other track day tyres I’ve tried.

I’m looking for a set of 13” anthracite wheels 6” fronts and 8” rear. I don’t mind if they need to be refurbished or if they have rubber on them or not.

Hi all. I’m new here having not owned my 7 for a year yet. Has anyone got any tips for cleaning carbon fibre especially the dash? Any products that might be out there? Any help would be welcome! Cheers
