  1. Thanks for the replies guys (and sorry rj, I should have said MacBook Pro). AndyL, checking the Racelogic site, the latest Mac OS version is 1.3.6 (which I have) (v2 is the Windows flavour). It looks like I need to contact Racelogic as the first picture below is what the map should look like and the second one is a screen shot from one of my files. I can't access the track files as the VBox sport has them all built in - its a pure "plug and play" solution - just wish I could get it to play a bit better!
  2. Not wanting to spend a fortune on a full VBox system I have purchased the VBox Sport. It seems a great little unit that works well, albeit with limited data feeds from the GPS receiver. I have downloaded data files of recent laps at 3 different tracks onto my MBP to review in the Racelogic Circuit Tools software. All looks good apart from the circuit map. In 2 of the 3 data files the track map is so small it renders it useless when using the application. Has anyone else experienced this? Regards, Peter
  3. Thanks for the details and Link Tom. I like the switch solution so will investigate further. Regards, Peter
  4. Jonathan - thanks, I'll look at the switch idea. Paul - on the 620 dash the 3 gauges are on the extreme left of the dash, although the oil pressure is the nearest to the driver. Oh, and it's an SV so wider still!
  5. I am new to 7’s so apologies if this is a well rehearsed topic / dumb question. Whilst it is important to have an oil pressure gauge (although the positioning on the 620 dash makes it not particularly readable for the driver) I really like to see oil temp so I know my engine is up to temp before driving hard on track. I’m surprised Caterham do not fit them as standard. Is fitting a temp gauge a common mod and where to locate? I was thinking of replacing the std. oil pressure gauge with a dual temp/pressure gauge. Or, given the poor location, cutting a hole in the right hand side dash piece. Thanks, Peter
  6. I have a pair of standard 420R composite race seats for sale. They are brand new and unused as I swapped them out for 620 carbon XL seats at build stage. Caterham RRP is £575 per seat so £750 for the pair. Seats located in the Midlands and would prefer collect. Thanks, Peter
