I have peltor ear defenders and converting them to intercom using a sena kit. Which is a great sat nav for the caterham?

So I bought sena smh10r from facebook market place £50 for one set and £130 for the other plus the ear defenders £20.00 x2 so im happy all in £220 rather than say £600 :)

Hi Ivaan, ill mainly be using it in the summer so im hoping with the ground being fairly hard at that time of year it will be ok. Thanks for the advice.

What do you think it is? Ive tried games head phones they arent so tight around the ears I think thats why they feel alot more comfortable and less restrictive (more air flow) .

In the foam, so that the pressure becomes equalised with the outside pressure. (Although maybe there are vents inside to assist with this)

Yes bent as much as I dare lol. I might buy a cheap pair from b and q and trial a hole and gain a little insight into how it affects the pressure and possibly distorts my own voice.

Well the 3m headsets arrived today and instantly the wife hated the pressure so rather than send them bk whats the best way to release some of this pressure? I realise in doing so this makes them almost void of their purpose but im happier to have something than nothing. :)

I have a single drive and thinking about getting grass pavers. Anyone any experience with putting these down? Or any tips. Putting them part of the garden and placing the turf back on top again.

I suppose it might be handy on long journey's dont fancy getting a flat with with my 10 yr old in the car.

Hi thanks for all the info. Great help thats me sorted. Just awaiting my senas 10r to arrive. Got one set of them second hand for £70 only used once and the other for £130 including p and p from england.

Does anyone have a link to a good youtube video showing the insertion of earphones and mics into ear defenders? This would be a massive help. I have looked. With no joy.

Hi ive purchased the sena smh10r intercom system, Firstly anyone any feedback on these both psitive and negative? Secondly which ear defenders are best? (keeping in mind the above purchase) Id like ones that are if possible light weight and light pressure. Not sure if anyone else finds the ear isnt happy with the pressure over a few hours eg putting a small hole through the foam (or what ever its made of ease this a little without making them redundant) Regards Craig

Hi anyone got a starcom intermcom system all singing and dancing, calls, music, satnav, passenger chat and the ability to attach a walkie talkie if a few caterhams altogether. How much approx? 2 head sets etc to. Regards Craig
