Some people will no doubt come into the Paddock to unload their cars and then we (The Trackday Organising Team) will be asking them to move their tow cars and trailers out of the paddock.

Yes Bob I agree re parking in the Upper Paddock.

Hello Everyone
We have all been fettling and polishing our cars and are all itching to get them out on track.
Recent policy changes now mean that Club Trackdays are back on and all our Club Trackdays are open for booking. Go to Trackdays on our website for details and log on to your LoveAdmin account on our website or call our office on 01873 777303 to book.
Lotus 7 Club Trackdays on the Calendar for this summer are;
Brands Hatch Grand Prix Circuit 24th June
Snetterton on Tuesday 21st July
Anglesey on 10th August
Croft on 28th August
Donington on 5th October
I am pleased to say the Trackday Team have begun final preparations for what will be our first trackday of the summer, on Wednesday June 24th at the wonderful Brands Hatch Grand Prix Circuit. Our Club-exclusive sessions will run for twenty minutes every hour (except lunchtime) with MSV’s other clients using the remaining time. We expect to have seven sessions in total, providing more than two hours of track driving on the day. Brands GP is great fun and is one of the Clubs favourite circuits so I am sure this will be a popular day as usual.
A Number of changes have been made to the way the Brands Hatch day will be run for your protection as a result of the coronavirus and these include the following;
· Social distancing guidelines of two metres will apply throughout the event.
· Signing on and registration will be online and via email before the event.
· The briefing will be carried out online the day before the event for all participants.
· Noise testing will be drive-by rather than static.
· Passengers and Additional Drivers will not be permitted unless they live in the same household as the driver.
· Instructors will not be available as this would breach social distancing rules.
· Hire helmets are not available.
Follow this link to see the new MSV procedures for this event HERE
You will be pleased to know that we have reduced the price for this event to £320.00 for the main driver.
I have a feeling that Brands will be a very popular trackday.
I am looking into holding an additional Lotus Seven Club Trackday at Cadwell Park on 17th September this year. Can you please email me at trackdays@lotus7.club if you would be interested in this additional event so I have a feel for how many bookings we will get and whether or not I can commit to the event.
The Trackday Organising Team are looking forward to seeing you back on track soon.
Regards
Simon Maitland

Our Trackday at Anglesey is on Monday 10th of August. I have talked with our friends at Anglesey and they have made a little typo and will fix it as soon as they can.
So go for the 10th.

Hi gin-fizz-whizz
I have a standard Brake Master Cylinder that I took off my 2010 Supersport when I upgraded my brakes to AP big brakes. It was working fine when I took it off the car. If you are interested send me a PM and make me an offer.

Hello rj
They have no Caterham branding on them but I have just looked on the Caterham web site and they appear to be part Reference: 64032669 Front Caliper.
Hope this helps.

Caterham Big Brakes
Brands Hatch 24th June

Hello Guy
We have garages 23 to 32, the last 10 garages, so we are at the end ( Clarke Curve end) of the garages. I have arranged for us to also have the area immediately behind these garages for us and our Caterhams. So you can get chairs etc out, respecting social distancing, so we can all be in the same area.
So my thinking was we could have our cars lined up behind the garages so we were all in the same area and respecting social distancing could chat. The car in the garage could head out to go on track for our sessions and the cars behind that garage could follow and the reverse when we come back in.
We will need to leave our tow cars and trailers in the lower paddock (so the is enough room for us all behind the garages) and then drive our Caterhams through the tunnel and park in or behind our garages ( only one car per garage).
Does that make sense?
Simon
