This is a wonderful opportunity to join Caterham at Donington Park and drive on the wonderful Grand Prix Circuit, celebrating 50 years of Caterham.  Following immediately on from the 50^th Festival, Caterham are inviting owners globally to join them on circuit for their final Caterham Experiences Track Day of 2023.

 Caterham Cars is giving Club members the opportunity to join a discounted price Caterham-only, open pit lane track day at Snetterton on Tuesday 25^thApril 2023.  This is the first of Caterham Car's recently introduced ‘Caterham Track Days’ for Caterham cars only.  

This will be a full-day event from 7:30 am to 17:00 pm:   

·         Caterham and Lotus Seven vehicles only. 

·         All vehicles must be road legal, includes Academy and Roadsport. 

·         Lunch time Q&A with Caterham Cars Senior Management team

·         Welcome briefing with Caterham Cars

·         420CUP hot laps  

·         Instruction and garage spaces available at additional cost

·         Limited numbers to allow maximum track time 

·         92 dB(A) drive by noise limit 

The normal cost of the exclusive track event is £300.00, but given the relationship with the Club, Caterham is offering the experience to Club members at £275.00.

Their cover note says something like - the event must be run by either a member of ATDO , a member of ARDS

or

The event is organised by your car club and marshaled.

I use ClassicLine in Hinckley and I have fully comp road insurance, agreed value, unlimited club trackdays and five other trackdays at agreed circuits. I have to email them in advance and advise them of the trackday and they email me back with a cover note.

Just a reminder, the club’s early access discount will end at 9:00 AM tomorrow, then pricing will increase to £300.00 and the day will become open to non-members.

Yes 90db static is very low and I also think this will be a problem for a lot of Caterhams.

We would like to go the Thruxton but the low noise limit is why we do not have Club days at Thruxton.

Hi All.

I have copied below an email I received yesterday from Caterham Cars Ltd regarding their Caterham and Lotus 7 only trackday at Snetterton.

This is not a club track day so our third-party insurance does not apply. The day is run by Caterham Cars Ltd and MSV as it was last year.

The discount offered to us lasts until the end of this month.

Caterham Cars Track Day Snetterton Tuesday 25th April 2023.

 To confirm, the information to communicate will be as follows: 

Trackday run by Caterham Cars Ltd

Snetterton 300 Circuit.

Caterham cars / Lotus Sevens only on track.

Open Pit Lane Day.

Booking though MSV.

Trackday Rules apply. 

Noise limit 105db static.

Caterham Cars welcome and briefing on the day.

On Track instruction available with Caterham experienced instructors who will be vetted by us. They can be booked via MSV.

Garages available to book through MSV. 

09:00 -  17:00 with a 1-hour lunch break.

Roll bars are required but they do not have to be track day  roll bars.

There may be the opportunity to hire a Caterham 420 CUP + Instructor or a Caterham Academy Car + Instructor.  

Caterham lunchtime Q&A session with one of the Caterham Cars Directors. 

The link will only be available to club members initially. 

For one week only, we will offer the club priority booking at £275.00 (expires on February 28th).  After this we will open booking up to everyone, and the price will be set at £300.00.

Just to confirm, this is a Caterham and Lotus 7 only day, a full open pit lane day, on the Snetterton 300 Circuit.

There are no additional driver bookings on the system at Cadwell Park for non club members.

Hi Heptagon.

We have a Novice group all day at Croft and another Novice day at Blyton Park which is a great novice circuit. We will have a session at Castle Combe on 18 July and at Cadwell Park on 23 May with a group for less experienced drivers running for 20 minutes in the hour until lunchtime before we go to open pit lane in the afternoon.
