  1. hi, I am looking for a rear off side wheel arch for a k series SV which I have managed to damage. It's in British racing green. It's a long shot but does anyone have one surplus or know the best place to source one. Thanks, Neil
  2. Thank you for the feedback, it's obvious when you know the alun screw is the key to getting into the lights.
  3. hi, this may seem like a trivial question but I'm going to ask it anyway. I have a classic 120 where a high beam bulb has gone. The solver headlight casing has a single screw at the bottom which I assume secures the lens to the main light body. When I loosen the screw it just spins but doesn't appear to loosen the lens cover from the back silver case. I am reluctant to force the lens loose for obvious reasons. Does anyone know how to take the light apart to replace the bulb? Any help gratefully received.
  4. Hi, I have asked a couple of questions on the site before and a a 7 newbee I have found the responses really helpfull So, in the spirit that no question is a stupid question please can you help me with the following: - I have a 120 classic SV 2011 with. K series engine. It has inertia belts which I am going to replace with a harness belts. I need to know whether the classic is fitted with the mounting points for a harness when it was built or will these need to be created? If the mounting points are fitted how do I access them? Thanks in advance. neil
  5. Hi, I am a new Caterham owner (that's a owner that's new to owning a Caterham - not the owner of a new Caterham!). I am not technically very gifted - in fact i'm mechanically pretty useless hence my posting on here. i have had my Caterham two months and want to replace the cloth seats with leather ones and replace the inertia belts with Caterham 4 point harnesses. I intend to get the seats recovered by Oxted who do the seats for the factory. I therefore have a couple of questions: - is it worth trying to remove and refit the seats and belts myself given my limited skills and experience in this area? - is there an experienced Caterham garage or mechanic near me who could remove and refit the seats and belts for me, I live in North Yorkshire. The nearest garages I know off are Bookatrack and Oakdale which are both a distance when I will need to get a lift to and from them to leave the Seven with them. - where is the best place to source Caterham 4 point harnesses? Any help or advice in this area would be gratefully received Thanks
  6. Hi, thanks for the response. I am not in a great hurry for these. It would be good to know when I could get hold of them and how much they may cost . Are the seats yours? Regards, Neil
  7. Hi, can anyone help with suggestions on how I can source a pair or replacement leather seats for an SV. Don't mind if they are new or used (as long as they are in good condition). Thanks
  8. Hi, I am looking to buy an SV but am struggling to find the right vehicle. I am looking for a 125-150 BHP car for road use only ideally in Roadsport spec.
