Does anyone have the name of somewhere I can get my rear callipers refurbed? Or details of someone who they could recommend? The rear brakes on my 7 are dragging badly! it's a 2005 super sport with a 1.8l K Series. I'm in Northamptonshire, so somewhere in the midlands would be good? cheers

Does anybody have a good pair of leather seats that they want to sell? Or does anyone know where I could get mine refurbished, they’re looking a bit tired & the drivers seat back appears to be a little more mobile than it once was. Cheers, Mike

Thanks all for comments, I think you're correct, I had a poke & confirmed ball valve is operating OK, so problem is elsewhwere. I'm now thinking it's the thermostat sticking closed intermittently. Will change thermostat over weekend & see if it sorts the problem. I hope changing it is not as awkward asit looks!!

My 1.8 K Series is overheating & I believe it’s because the ball valve in the manifold is sticking, or just stuck. I’ve been told it’s OK to take the manifold off & remove the ball? Can anyone confirm this is correct? Will it create more problems? Or is it just that I’ll need to make sure the expansion tank never runs dry?

Does anyone have any details of a good oil filter for a 1.8l K Series? I wondered if there was any upgrade or if anyone has had a good experience with any particular manufacturers? If anyone has any advise I'd be glad to hear from you, Cheers Mike

Cheers Garry, I was using the waterproof in the loose sense of the word. We're going to northern Spain so hopefully won't need to test it too much.

I'm looking for a boot bag for my std S3. Preferably black (if they come in other colours!),but looking for good condition and as waterproof as possible for a 2 week holiday.
