I am building an SV and not an S3.I wonder if the A pack is for the S3 and the B pack is for the SV?

Thanks Jonathan, I was a tad worried too with the hammer! I can't find anything other than those particular bolts that look like they may fit and am suspicious given it states use steering fastening pack A and I have pack B! I'm trying to get hold of somebody at Caterham to ask - BUT Bank Holiday Weekend...whoop whoop! Ian

Hi, Thanks for everyboody's comments. I've only just read them as I'm a total novice on this style of communication. Just started my build and hit a problem already...I hope this isn't a taste of things to come. The manual says for the steering rack go to fastener pack 30S003A but I have pack 30S003B and the bolts to hold the steering rack in place don't want to go into the drilled holes. Should they be a super tight tap in with a hammer fit or have I got the wrong bolts! Thanks if anyone can advise.

Hi, This is my first post on any sort of internet site and also a first attempt at building anything mechanical - a steep learning curve on all fronts and so any help would be most gratefully received. The one thing I don't lack is enthusiasm! Question 1 would be going through the tool kit I have most of the tools specified but could do with some advice for some of them e.g. Circlip pliers (straight, bent, size) rivet gun (size type), crimp pliers (size, type). Apologies if this first post is a tad vague but I really do have no idea! Thanks in anticipation that somebody out there will take pity on me!
