  1. Still available..... https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/caterham/all-models/caterham-310r--great-spec-lots-spent/9102940
  2. A post I hadn't planned to make - but a new, 'unexpected' house purchase is 'encouraging' the sale of my lovely 310r spec car. In the 18 months or so I've had it I've spent a great deal getting it into today's shape. See below link for a full run down.... https://www.pistonheads.com/classifieds/used-cars/caterham/all-models/2015-64reg-caterham-310r-spec/9102940 Please get in touch with any further questions - Thanks.
  3. I'm pretty sure that some of these are 'wire locked' on the race cars to help prevent a total failure. Might be worth looking into.
  4. Thanks - I think some adjustment might help but I'll change the master cylinder as well I think. I can make seamless changes up to about 6k rpm and after that, there is a resistance in the shifting that requires some more time (i.e. rev drop) or some additional force which I am not keen on.
  5. Yes my setup is all standard - its a Mazda 5 speed box. The slave was changed at the same time as the box was out as made sense to.
  6. I have a 2014 S3 Sigma (5 speed) and have have an issue getting 3rd/4th gear when right up in the revs. It will go into gear but requires some effort - it doesnt appear to crunch just doesnt smoothly drop into place, like it does when cruising along. The gearbox was rebuilt 6 months ago and the car has done maybe 1000 miles since - however this issue has remained after the rebuild, so I assume this isnt box related now. At the same time the clutch slave was changed. I have read a post in the last few days suggesting increasing clutch pedal travel might help - so I will try this. Is there anything I need to be aware of by adding additional travel - how is this set in the first place? Can you adjust too far? Additionally, I think a change of master cylinder wouldn't hurt, as they are relatively cheap. Can anyone confirm if this is the correct item? https://www.carbuildersolutions.com/uk/07-brake-and-clutch-master-cylinder-with-reservoir Thanks in advance, James.
  7. I'd like to get another key cut for the car but struggling to get one cut. My local Timpsons couldn't identify the blank required. An internet search suggests a Land Rover key is required but I wanted to double check before going too far. Does anyone have a link the correct item? Thanks in advance.
  8. As found here: https://caterhamparts.co.uk/seatbelts-harnesses/1195-crutch-strap-plug-into-4-point-black.html Ordered in error - £20 delivered, UK only
  9. I’m thinking of popping down to watch on Sunday - is there a published running order or schedule anywhere? Does the event run all day?
  10. Thanks both - found one on ebay, hopefully its the right thing!
  11. I have a 2014 car and it only came with 1x key and immobiliser fob. I'd like to source another one - for peace of mind. The key is straight forward but where can I source and code a new fob? Thanks in advance.
  12. Great thanks, I might just try to remove it altogether. I assume the boot floor and fire extinguisher will need to come out to get at the securing straps?
  13. My ex. race car has a honeycomb panel fitted below the fuel tank (I believe this is standard race car fit). It is a bit damaged with a few dents etc and I wanted to find out if it is easily removed - I looked through the build manual but couldn't find anything referencing fitting?
  14. A complete car set of Bilstein Springs & Dampers taken from a 2015 S3 Narrowtrack Roadsport. Completed less that 4000 miles before a switch to Nitron. In very good condition, with everything moving as it should and excellent bushes, etc. £250 ono Can be posted at additional cost.
