I'm thinking about switching from carbs to fuel injection on my Vauxhall 7. I've been quoted about £2k, is it worth it? are the drive ability and BHP gains worth it????

Hi everyone, i have recently purchased my first Caterham. It was factory built in 1998 and has the upgraded Vauxhall engine, (1.6 to 1.8). A friend of mine has given me a few details about the upgrade but I am trying to get some presise details as to exactly what Caterham changed on the engine, can anyone help out?? Nimrod70
