  1. I have not got the unit to hand

    will did it out tonight

what is the relevance of this anyway ?

I think this question was asked by someone before i bought it off of Dai

  2. I am selling this ECU - I bought it from Dai -X but have never installed it and I have now bought Grubbster's old engine which has the 3 position Emerald already with it so this item is ONLY for sale as I have another later ECU now. The cost is £375 plus postage which is exactly what I paid for it & I have put a copy of the original blatchat ad underneath. Please no offers - is entirely reasonable at this money !

    blatmail please or email

I'm looking to sell my Emerald M3D-K ECU.

It has the comms lead with it as well as an A4 printed manual and software on 3.5" floppy, though the latter 2 are an easy download from the emerald website.

There's no engine loom, as it's plug compatible with the K-series ECU.

I'm looking for £375 plus postage.

  3. it is perfectly legal for two private sellers to post by royal mail - in fact OFCOM have ruled that the Royal Mail HAS to take them - it goes without saying that common sense would say that one should pay extra & use a service like special delivery.

It is NOT legal however for a dealer to send by the mail to an individual who has purchased from them.

  4. this is not a PPK although there is an air version

the one in the Bond publicity photos is an LP53 spring pistol

the story is that when the photos were to be taken a PPK could not be found & someone on the set happened to have their LP53 handy and so it happened ...

LP53 is a qulaity item and a good one is an easy £250/£300

  5. I would suggest that all of our 7s pose far moe of a danger to society than Walther air pistols

the fact is that is misued BOTH cause concern in equal measures

imagine a hoodie stealing a 7 & given it bootfuls & swapping ends near a bus stop where a load of old biddies & kiddies are stood ......

  6. I'm sure all of us here on BC are law abiding citizens, but I feel uneasy about a gun being sold so openly and freely on here.

Shouldn't a minimum requirement be that any purchaser must produce a valid gun licence before they can buy this.

I don't mean to pee on your bonfire, I am just amazed you can buy a gun so easily.

What is there to be uneasy about ?

its a perfectly legal & legimate thing for law abiders to want do

the Swiss & germans prove this

this country is arguably the best example of gun control NOT working

lets get this into perspective here

its an air pistol not a Colt .45 - if it were anything other than an air pistol the owner would end up with a 5 year jail term as handguns (for people like us blatchatters) have been prohibited for around 10 years (unless of course you are a crook/drug dealer/ pimp / hoodie etc etc)

BTW good luck with the sale & its a fair price considering what they have gone up to because of the weak £

  7. I am in the 'trade'

there is stuff always coming and going & I am sure I can sort you out a BC deal ! However I cannot send to you because of VCR bill

are you looking for anything in particular ?

Airgunbbs.com is a good place to source a used gun at good money & most of the guys on there are entirely trustworthy
