shn7
Can anyone tell me what size/type bolts/nuts I need to mount my nice new Willans crotch strap? IIRC I will also need a couple of spacers to go between the chassis mounts and the floor. Steve.
Tom_C
Do you have lowered floors Steve? If so, on three of my Luke harness points the spacer is 19mm ext diameter, 11mm int diameter, and 43mm long. The fourth mounting spacer is appreciably shorter and lead to a lot of swearing and powerfiling last night.... The bolt is an M10. Do the Willans use tophat spacer swivels like the Luke? If not add about 5mm to the spacer length.  Cheers Tom FH54WLX - only the car supports ManU, honest!
shn7
No lowered floor and no they don't use the top hat spacers. Bolted down hard. Right then I'm off out to the garage to get the drivers seat out and start fitting my nice new harness. Steve.
