Andy Best
I've been investigating a rattle/noise to the right side of the dash and found that there's a multiplug with about 5/6 wires in it that was down behind the drivers knee pad. My car is a 1.6K 1997, I've never noticed it before but it's not joined to anything at the moment. What is it for and should it be plugged in somewhere. BTW all electrical systems seem to function as required so I'm a bit puzzeled. Andy

Bricol
However, on my 01 K-series, the rover unit under the dash near the wheel appears to have a spare socket - any ideas? On my mates Rover 416, key fob locks doors 7 sets alarm - all std Rover - is this what the socket is for - could it be utilised for similar anti-theft measures?
