Head restraint pics

I am planning doing my first sprint soon. I think I am pretty much sorted although I understand I have to have some sort of head restraint fitted to my car (Cloth seats with FIA roll bar) Where can I obtain such an item, has anybody got any pics I can look at to see exactly what is required.

Sinky - are your seats the 's' type variety, if so then I believe you will be OK

 

if not the best place to get one is caterham I would have thought, there are different ones for wether you have the later (caged) type FIA bar
