Leadership Team Midas Posted June 28, 2004 Leadership Team Share Posted June 28, 2004 having taken both headlights off my 1700 Supersprint (1992) I have adjusted them roughly by eye when fitting them back on the car. Is there a simple way of adjusting them correctly, or do I have to take it to a garage. Any ideas or tips gratefully recieved. Sheds Moderator Posted June 29, 2004 Share Posted June 29, 2004 Since you have taken them off already the thing to do is to compare them with your tintop. Park the tinny on level ground facing a wall, mark the position of the headlamps on the ground, and the light pattern on the wall, then replace with the 7, ensuring the lights are where they were for the tintop.
