Painting a 7

I looking at buying a 7 at the moment. In order to broaden my options I was considering buying any colour and then having the car resprayed. Any idea of the amount I should budget for a respray? Any difference if the car is bare aluminium?

Been covered a lot, suggest you search the archives. Is very dependent upon the colour ( ie type of paint ) you want and whether you want someone else to do the strip down and rebuild bit.

 

When I was looking at doing it I was thinking in the region of £1100 to get mine done.
