Sheds Moderator
One that fits, from a breaker. They all work, a rad is a rad is a rad. You may have problems getting the thing cool with a small rad, but that's special building. They can all be modded, with the possible exception of the very modern might ones with the plastic ends. A specialist can recore with more rows, better airflow, etc if you suffer from overheating.
Jason Plato
Doubt there are many Locost experts on this site , but I have heard that a Nissan Micra ( pre 2000 ) rad is ultra light and will fit - many of the wesfield boys use them . ChrisG
Yep, a certain flavour of Micra or Polo are the usual suspects, but try searching / posting on Locost Builders as you'll get the answer there. Chris
Vortex
Here's a photo of a Locost with a 4AGE installed. http://www.whirl.demon.co.uk/locost/plumbing2.jpg It uses a radiator from a 1990 Polo 1.3, which seems to fit OK. Ed
