A worthwhile safety upgrade for anyone competing or for trackdays. Medium size harness, but has wide range of adjustment. The advantage of the Simpson FHR compared to a Hans is that for a Caterham with Tillets it should not need the shoulder belt anchor points to be relocated and it gives greater freedom of movement of the head compared to a Hans.
