I wouldn't bother on the 1.4 it's just not worth it, the Powerspeed primaries are too big for the 1.4.

I spent a fortune on my 1.4 Super sport, Powerspeed exhaust, DTA throttle boddies, gas flowed head and an Emerald K6 timed in the cams. All of this gave very dissapointing results about 130 Bhp at 7500rpm, very peaky you need the 6 speed gearbox. I have the 6 speed box and you need every gear!

I would spend the money on a 1.8 and replace the camshafts. I did this last year complete transformation. I bought a 1.8 K from an Elise £ 175, stripped and rebuilt it.

To be honest the engine was in such good condition I should have just dropped it straight in.
