Does anyone know if you can leave your car and trailer in the paddock  the evening before the sprint ?

May be worth calling the circuit direct, they manage the security and access. I guess much will depend on the paddock used and whether they intend to use just the inner paddock or the outer paddock area behind the Turn 1 grandstand  - personally I'd be happy with the inner paddock - less so the external paddock area.

Dan is quite right in saying that there is an inner paddock in the middle of the raceway and an outer paddock behind the main grandstand. The outer paddock is potentially enormous but I guess it is not as secure as the inner paddock. Having said that there would appear to be security 24/7 in that the front gate seems to be permanently manned. They often use the outer paddock to store large numbers of vehicles so that may require security.

Having attended this event before I can tell you that it normally takes place entirely within the inner paddock. In fact they normally allocate garages for all the open top cars. As we will have a larger number of trailers than normal it may be a bit tight for all of them.

As regards leaving the caterham there overnight it will probably depend on what is happening on the day before. They can be quite strict in not allowing anyone into the inner paddock before 7.00 a.m. but they seem quite relaxed about using the outer paddock. You need to check nearer the time.
