In a change from the motoring museum theme, we are keeping with the theme of speed but this year the annual awards lunch will be held at the Royal Air Force Museum Cosford.

Date: Sunday 12^th November 2017
Venue: Royal Air Force Museum Cosford, Shifnal, Shropshire TF11 8UP

Time : 10am to 4pm  - Lunch 12pm.
Cost: £30.00 per head.

 

A winter menu with a vegetarian option.
Starter  - Leak and potato soup, with a choice of warm bread roll
Main course - Roast beef dinner with potatoes, seasonal vegetables , Yorkshire pudding and gravy or Vegetarian 
Desert - Sticky toffee pudding with ice cream

Same soup – Gluten Free roll

Same main as all gluten free

Cosford Museum is centrally located with good motorway access from the M6 southbound (Junction 12) via the A5, one mile from junction 3 on the M54 for northbound travellers. The Museum is only thirty minutes from the centre of Birmingham and ten minutes from Telford.

Please note, not all systems recognize the postcode of TF11 8UP, if it is not recognized please use WV7 3EU as an alternative and follow museum signs on the approach.

Programme

Competitors & Guests can arrive any time after 10:00am to look around the museum.

Whilst the car park normally charges we do have complementary parking as part of our package.

For those who are going on the Michael Beetham Conservation Centre tour please meet at the Visitor Centre just before 11am.

We will meet back at the Conference Room at 12:00pm for drinks prior to lunch.

Guests can look around the museum or  remain for the Technical Forum session, we will have the use of the room and  the museum until 4pm
